We’re getting ready to move!

We are preparing to move into our wonderful new facility! In order to make the move, we will close at noon on Friday, Oct. 29.

Our ribbon cutting & grand opening will be Sunday, Nov. 7, from 2-5 p.m., and we will reopen regular hours beginning Monday, Nov. 8.

While most of our collections and our public access computers will remain available until we close and will be available the moment we reopen, there will be some items that will have to be packed early or unpacked later. Those include some of our videos and DVDs, puzzles, puppets, audiovisual equipment, records, and other collections. Please bear with us!

We will not be accepting Interlibrary Loan requests beginning Oct. 23. We will again accept requests once we reopen.

There will be no Story Hour on Nov. 3. It will resume the following week.

When we are closed, the book drop on the front of the new library at 300 N. Main will be available 24/7.

Thank you for your patience during this transition. We look forward to serving you in the new Hesston Public Library!
