Community Book Discussion of “Enrique’s Journey”

Join us for a special book discussion next Tuesday, October 2, at 6 p.m. We’ll be discussing “Enrique’s Journey” by Sonia Nazario, which details a Honduran boy’s struggle to reunite with his mother in the United States. Copies of the book are available at the library. Light refreshments will be served, but you are welcome to bring a brown bag dinner with you.

Nazario, a Pulitzer-prize winning reporter and author, will be speaking at Hesston College at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9,
in the Hesston Mennonite Church sanctuary, 309 S. Main St. This event is open to the public, and admission is free. There will be a Q&A and book signing after the presentation.

It’s a privilege to have a speaker of Sonia Nazario’s caliber in Hesston, and we hope you’ll be a part of these special events!
