The Hesston Public Library is a safe, welcoming place to connect people to information, ideas and one another for enjoyment and lifelong learning.
The Hesston Public Library, founded in 1937, is committed to meeting the informational, educational, cultural, and recreational needs of its patrons. We strive to provide services, resources and programs to meet those needs.
We have a collection of about 40,000 items, including books, DVDs, audiobooks, music CDs, games, toys, fishing poles, museum passes, and more. We offer free wireless internet access, seven patron computers, two children’s computers, and access to other resources through the Sunflower eLibrary and the Kansas State Library. Our community room and study rooms are available for anyone in the community to reserve for non-commercial purposes.
